Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout.
$8 Flat Rate Shipping for Courier Nation Wide orders under $100.
Free Shipping for all orders over $100.
Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Tracking emails will be sent out once parcels have been collected.
All orders are sent out with no signature required.
The buyer may specify delivery instructions for an order (for example, the buyer may authorise the delivery agent to leave the products in a specified location if the buyer will not be at the delivery address). Acure will not be responsible for any order that is delivered in accordance with the buyer’s delivery instructions.
International Delivery.
We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.
The item I ordered arrived Damaged.
Acure is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If we confirm that the item was damaged before leaving Acure or caused by inadequate packaging, your item will be replaced by Acure free of charge. If the goods are damaged we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
