Are Acure products suitable for sensitive skin?
Acure products are formulated without parabens, sulphates and mineral oil. Everyone’s skin is different, so if yours is sensitive, we recommend patch testing a new product before using it on your face. Our Best Acure Products for Sensitive Skin guide can help you choose.
Do Acure products contain parabens or sulphates?
No. Acure products are formulated without parabens, sulphates (SLS/SLES), mineral oil, petrolatum and formaldehyde.
What are the key ingredients used in Acure products?
Acure formulas are built around ingredients chosen to target specific skin and hair concerns. In our New Zealand range, you’ll find vitamin C and ferulic acid in the Brightening 2% Vitamin C + Ferulic Acid Serum, plant-based bakuchiol in the Radically Rejuvenating Dual Phase Bakuchiol Serum, and sea kelp and French green clay in the Brightening Facial Scrub.
Are Acure products safe during pregnancy?

Where can I buy Acure Beauty products in New Zealand?
You can buy Acure products online at www.acurebeauty.co.nz, with courier delivery throughout New Zealand.
Do you ship nationwide within New Zealand?
Yes, we offer fast and reliable shipping throughout New Zealand, including rural delivery addresses. Shipping is a flat rate of $8 for orders under $100 and free for orders over $100. We don’t currently ship outside New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within one business day, and you’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel has been collected. Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and orders aren’t shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
What is your return and refund policy?
If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch through our contact page or email sales@acurebeauty.co.nz. If you receive the wrong item, return it unopened and we’ll send a replacement. Change-of-mind returns must be agreed with us first and returned unopened within 7 days of dispatch; return shipping is at your cost and a restocking fee applies.
